Is there anyway for me to test Hosted Tokenization on my local instance of a web app?

It looks like I need a source domain... does that mean I absolutely need to have the web app deployed somewhere before I can use hosted tokenization? It feels so much more difficult to develop and test something that only works when deployed.

You can generate your profile ID without a source domain. Simply don’t put anything in the source domain field and press the “create profile” button. this also makes testing on your local workstation easier and is also necessary for some applications.

Does the same apply to the HPP? We're looking to have an in-application payment solution, and our application can send the POST request and render the HTML response. Doesn't seem like I need an actual live webpage in the workflow. I.e replace the "Merchant Checkout" and "Response" pages with an app here: developer.moneris.com/.../Hosted Payment Page
