Cardholder Name on Transaction Reports

Is there a way to include the Cardholder Name in the Transaction Report file? Also, how do we include headers on the export file?

    We don't store the cardholder name, you could pass it as part of the customer details if it was gathered prior to the payment.

    The merchant resource center report csv can be configured by clicking on your username (top right) then account settings and configure the "export to file" settings. You can choose to have a header from there.
