Hosted Payment page only loads in Firefox

Our hosted payment page has been working flawlessly up until about 10 days ago. Now it only seems to work in FireFox browser and not in Chrome or Edge anymore. When the user clicks to proceed to secure payment page (https://www3.moneris.com/HPPDP/index.php), its just a blank page and nothing loads. So strange that it still works in Firefox.

Any idea how to fix this?

replicated issue in chrome version Version 86.0.4240.193 (Official Build) (64-bit). Was working in chrome Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit). Once I updated my browser I landed on a blank moneris hpp page.

Moneris will need to fix this.

These are due to updated referrer policies on Chrome and Firefox.

policies will need to be updated on your website. The issue is due to the fact that the browsers will truncate the referrer path depending on the referrer origin policy.

I was able to fix this last week by just adding our root domain to the referring URL's list

Spartaneity Can you provide more details how to resolve this. Even we tried adding the referring URL under the security features of hosted paypage config. it doesn't help us. Still we are facing the issue

Flex Originally, I had a list of referring URL's for different payment pages I had set up. I removed them all and just added our root domain (not the individual payment pages) ie. https://www.yoursite.com and that made things work again. Hope that helps!
