Hi team,
Our client has an issue with the Debit Interac transaction from TD Bank, and I am not sure if it is something you can resolve on the Moneris side.
Basically when our system directs the customer to the Moneris Debit payment processing and the customer chooses TD Bank, they are unable to process their Interac Online payment request after that.
Is there something Moneris can do or escalate to TD Bank to resolve this issue?
