983 Can not find previous

 Hi there,

I'm using Hosted Tokenization iframe on my front end, and I'm sending the data_key to my PHP server. On my PHP server, I'm trying to perform the 'Purchase with Vault' action using my temporary data_key. I'm using store_id='store5' and api_token='yesguy'. I keep getting the response code 932 and message 'can not find previous'. And yes, I am using the data_key within 15 min after it was generated. Any idea why I'm getting this error? Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please make sure your hosted tokenization profile ID was generated within store5. typically that message indicates that the returned temporary token belongs to another store ID. If you verified and you're still receiving that error message please email us at eproducts@moneris.com and will gladly investigate further. include your test store information and profile ID being used.
