Using the Moneris test environment, I setup my store with transaction verification enabled, and support for Interac Online. When I use the option "don't fund payment" in the Interac Online emulator, the transaction cannot be verified. When attempting to verify the transaction, Moneris returns code 995 (note that the initial POST response has a transactionKey, hence my implementation is trying to verify it). When I use credit card instead (test VISA or MASTERCARD), then a declined transaction can still be verified.
