Enable CVD ?

Hi group - my payment pages uses a WordPress plugin as a hook to a Gravity Form.

Although my form asks the user to submit their CVD, the transaction page from Moneris says :

"CVD was not performed. (Code: n/a)"

 

Is there something I need to enable in my Moneris account in order to include the CVD validation when submitting the payment ?

    That would indicate that even though it might be gathered in the form it;s not passing it to our gateway. CVD is enabled on all Moneris merchant accounts by default.
