Hosted tokenization throwing error generating token (code 941)

Hi.

After testing the hosted tokenization successfully on sandbox, I have now deployed this on production. And I am getting this error when attempting to generate a token.

Error: {"errorMessage":"error generating token","responseCode":["941"]}

Any clues what else might be going wrong ? I tried with a couple of cards but same error.

Is there any way I can get this to spit out more helpful messages ?
