What are the PCI-DSS requirements for Hosted Pay Page?

One of the value props for the hosted pay page is "Decreased PCI/PA‐DSS requirements".

Decreased by how much? Is it safe to assume the need to be PCI-DSS compliant is wholly removed? Or do we need to meet *some* aspects of PCI-DSS. If so, is there a doc that specifies what security requirements we are to meet for the hosted pay page feature?
