Why I can't use void

Hi, we have created a purchase (http://joxi.ru/L21lOZyC08JPKm) and we want to use Void action. But It's no ability to do, on the screen I see the only a refund. Also when I try to do it via API, I got the error: moneris sendmessage() merchant - could not initialize db object for request

    I can't seem to view the link you have a posted. You can only void a transaction before the daily batch has been closed. After the batch has been closed you will need to refund the transaction.
