Can't get temporary token - 942 Error on Hosted Tokenization Page

Hello,

I'm trying to get a Temporary Token to set up a new Hosted Pay page, but I keep getting a 942 error when I submit the iframe. This is for a USD store, but the only code I can find is labelled "Canada Code Sample." Is there a "US Code Sample" that I'm missing?
