Is SSLv3 still going to be supported?

With regard to the discontinuing support for TLS 1.0, I am looking to make sure that SSLv3 will continue to be supported for the foreseeable future.

Currently, I have not seen any posts that indicate discontinued support for SSLv3, but I would like to be certain.

If it is indeed still supported, I need some help figuring out why I cannot connect to the development server.  Currently, I am getting the error "error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure" from my curl request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
