I am a developer with the Ontario Dental Association. We are having an issue with any test VISA credit cards failing when attempting to make a payment against our QA Store.

This is the message we get: DECLINED * INVALID TRANSACTION=CANNOT PROCESS*INVALID TRANS

I've used multiple test credit card numbers available in your penny value simulator page: https://developer.moneris.com/More/Testing/Penny%20Value%20Simulator
I've used credit card numbers that should always be approved but they seem to decline as well.
