How do I get and test Interac fund guarentee request?

How do I get my IDEBIT_MERCHNUM? I would like to test my Interac solution on my local machine, meaning certification will never pass. Do I need certification in order to get my IDEBIT_MERCHNUM?

So you just want a QA account to do Interac Online? Is this a new integration that you are developing or you are using a third party software that handles the Interac Online portion?

Do you have a test QA account setup or are you using one of our generic ones? You can just fill in this form to get setup with an Interac Online profile in QA: developer.moneris.com/.../Interac Online Certification

I have a test QA account setup, when I fill the online profile with mock data I still don't receive an Interac Debit Merchant number, shouldn't it be in the form of 0003MONMPGXXXX.
