959 response_code when doing production test

Hello,

Today I tried to switch to a new store (gwca024188) and when doing a production test I get a 959 response_code back. I tried 2 times with same result. Also, I could not find any info on the 959 response code on the developer portal. Let me know if you can help me with this one.
