How can I activate CVD/AVS on my account?

I am using adobe business catalyst for my hosting,

I have the correct store Id and API token setup in the gateway,  

when trying to process a transaction using my own credit card for testing I am getting this error...

Transaction not allowed. No permission for : cvd_info

do I have to activate the CVD on my account? And if so how?

    In production, you do need to request this via our sales centre. They can be reached at 1-866-319-7450. If you would like us to verify your account setup to ensure that CVD is in fact missing on the account, please email us your store ID to eproducts@moneris.com.
